Kate here. Just sitting in the living room listening to Brian and his band practice. They're trying out some new songs tonight. Right now they're working on a great Caedmon's Call song for the first time. Brian played at church for the first time last weekend with one of the pastors and a drummer. They sounded great!
Not much to report on this end. It's been a relatively quiet week for us. Brian had Monday off (as usual) so I took the day off as well (nothing like a little solidarity!). We checked out a few houses and even had our realtor show us a lakefront property. Brian was fairly excited about the prospect of a major project to work on but it was a little too much work for too little payoff for me to even want to consider. We'll keep looking, though.

Just remember in real estate, the number one rule is location, location, location. You can always remodel, but you can't change the location. Just some advice from Aunt Jill
