Baby update

We're now at 24 weeks. I went to the doctor today and baby K is cooking up nicely. Her heartbeat is 145 and she is growing at the right rate. I managed to not gain any weight this month, though my stomach is definitely growing (as you can see from the latest photo).

In other news, my grades are turned in and aside from a few end of the year festivities (receptions and graduation), I am officially on sabbatical until September 2012! I'm not totally off the hook when it comes to work, but there is definitely something nice about not having to think about planning fall classes.

I just so miss you. So much. So, so much. I want to sit with my friend and then maternity clothes shop and then get tired of shopping and sit some more. Then we'd randomly go to a museum. Because that's just what we do. And it would be such fun. Because it would be with you. My friend.
