We went out to the cabin early this morning to get a little work in before the heat comes back. Got 3 1/2 of the walls done (the last 1/2 will wait until after the roof trusses go up). Brian got a little ambitious and decided we could put the first truss up by ourselves...just to get an idea of what it will look like. I think what it looks like is BIG!
We also did a bit of weeding...Kate around the house and Brian in the garden. The flowers are in full bloom up by the house.
Not a bad view from the house, either!
And look at what I found in the garden...
The first little head of broccoli! I'm pretty excited about that!
