They're here!!

Today is move-in day for first year students and the campus is abuzz with people cheering and chanting. I love move-in day! A group of Head Residents met early this morning to walk down for coffee. I thought the greeters would be out by the time we got back, but we were a little too early for them. It was still fun to spend some quality morning time together, though.

Last night was the CF banquet (CFs are our version of RAs) to celebrate the end of two weeks of training. Here's the entire group.

I think our two CFs will be great this year! Chenyu is from China and Mandy is from Hastings. The other guy in the photo is my boss, Troy.

I sat outside this morning for over an hour watching the new students arrive on campus. Here they are getting met by the greeters...

We don't have any first year students in our building, so our big move-in day is on Monday. Classes start on Tuesday and it's back to the old routine! Good bye summer!

I would be insanely intimidated if I was a freshman showing up to that!!!

I'm sure it makes great entertainment for you!
