It's been a restful and refreshing spring break week for us. I taught an adult education class last Friday in Rochester, but aside from that, we've mostly been hanging out and enjoying a less stressful week. We spent Easter weekend in Rochester and even got to go out on a triple date night with Brian's brothers and their wives. We checked out a new(ish) restaurant in Rochester called The Loop and topped the night off with delicious ice cream from Flapdoodles. I am very thankful that we don't have a Flapdoodles in Mankato because I would weigh at least 300 pounds if we did!
I finally got around to pulling some of the photos off the camera and came across a few funny ones from Brian and Maya's days at home.
