New Years Bath

We had a fun New Years' Eve, celebrating with our friends the Dales and the Hagens.  I made two new recipes--jalapeno popper dip and french onion stuffed mushrooms--which were both hits.  We only made it until about 9, when we were all too tired to stay up for the last three hours.  We got to walk through a winter wonderland on our way home.

Brian had Sunday off and Maya was sleeping when we were supposed to leave for church, so we ended up having a quiet day at home.  Miss Maya got a bath.  As usual, after the initial shock of the water, she loved it.  She was big enough to sit in it without the sling insert this time, so she had even more fun splashing. 

Tomorrow is Maya's four month appointment, so I will be sure to post something about it tomorrow.
