These are all limes. The two are what you are used to. The large lemon looking one is just a very ripe and delicious lime. Time from tree to our lips.....about 3 minutes.

Kate demonstrates to Brian how to eat a Lychee. "You just peel off the shell and eat it like a grape or an eyeball." Sorry, Kate. I've not eaten any eyeballs. But it was like a grape, sort of.
After a long day, Tom made some great guacamole. Kate shows how big the avocados are here. This bowl full was made with the other HALF of the avocado next to the bowl.

Oh, I remember when Kate taught me to eat Lychee too!! Dang, wish I were there with you two to enjoy the avocados and limes. :) I REALLY MISS YOU TWO!!! I'm crazy about the Knutsons. :)
